On April 3, Axinn partner Rick Dagen will speak on "The Antitrust Revolution: the Rise of Enforcement and Its Effect on Corporate Law" at the virtual Emory Corporate Governance and Accountability Review Symposium.

The aim of the symposium is to cover the Federal Trade Commission’s increase in antitrust enforcement actions and investigations and the various ways this increase has affected corporations, corporate deal-making, and corporate antitrust counsel.
