On September 20, Axinn partners Nick Gaglio and Bradley Justus spoke at CompLaw's Antitrust Texas Conference in Houston.

Nick participated in a presentation entitled, "State Attorney General Antitrust Enforcement." Participants discussed independent state attorney general antitrust enforcement, new state antitrust legislation, best practices in overlapping state-federal investigations, consumer protection and price gouging, and the future of state enforcement.

Bradley participated in a panel entitled, "Mergers – Part 1: Trends and Ongoing Debates." Participants discussed new horizontal and vertical merger guidelines, realistic expectations for tougher remedies, updates around killer acquisitions, implications of a potential review of standards and theories of harm, challenges in implementing remedies, and economic perspectives on the ongoing merger debates.
