On July 14, Axinn partners Rachel Adcox and Lisl Dunlop presented at CompLaw's Antitrust Midwest Conference in Chicago.

Rachel served as conference chair and participated in a presentation entitled, "Increased Criminal Enforcement: How Will Counselling Evolve?" Participants discussed how to adapt within an environment of increased criminal enforcement including key areas and recent cases, increased no-poach or wage-fixing agreements, and potential effects of criminal enforcement used in Rule of Reason violations.

Lisl participated in a presentation entitled, "Supply Chain Consolidation and Antitrust Risks." Participants discussed antitrust issues in regard to supply chain consolidation across key Midwest sectors including agriculture and healthcare, perspectives on recent enforcement and FTC vertical merger guideline withdrawal, and how to counsel in the current landscape.
