On October 26,  Axinn partner Matt Murphy will speak at American Conference Institute's Passport to Proficiency on the Essentials of Hatch-Waxman and BPCIA program, being held virtually October 10-26. 

Matt will speak on "Assessing Patent Protections Afforded Under the Safe Harbor" and "Examining Pharmaceutical Patent Extensions: Patent Term Adjustment and Patent Term Restoration." Speakers will cover several topics surrounding the safe harbor of the Hatch-Waxman Act and patent extensions.
