Jeannine has nearly thirty years of experience trying cases in prominent patent venues across the country, such as the Northern District of California, Northern/Eastern/Western Districts of Texas, Northern District of Illinois, and the Middle District of Florida, in addition to leading IPRs and CBMs before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and investigations at the International Trade Commission. Jeannine has also scored victories at the Federal Circuit, the US Supreme Court, and at the California Court of Appeal on an issue of first impression involving the Uniform Trade Secrets Act.
