He has been lead or co-lead on almost half a trillion dollars’ worth of deals, including Broadcom/VMware, Dell/EMC, BellSouth/AT&T, and AT&T Wireless/Cingular.

Heather Zuckert  is an associate in Axinn’s Antitrust group. She has experience representing both U.S. and foreign companies in a diverse array of complex antitrust litigation and transactional matters. She has also advised clients in connection with state and federal criminal investigations. Her recent experience includes litigating class action lawsuits alleging price fixing by major U.S. protein suppliers and representing VMware in its landmark $69 billion acquisition by Broadcom.
