On August 27, Rachel Adcox participated in a Women in Antitrust Brazil webinar entitled “Failing Firm Theory.”

This was WIA's first webinar in English and provided foreign contributions, with Rachel Adcox representing the United States. In Brazil, the subject of failing firm defense is incipient, but has raised several questions due to the COVID-19 outbreak and a potential transaction involving a bankrupt telecom company.
