Axinn is pleased to announce its sponsorship of the Washington Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights and Urban Affairs 2022 Wiley A. Branton Awards Luncheon, taking place on June 1. The Washington Lawyers’ Committee holds this annual event to celebrate its award winners and their organizations in their work to dismantle injustice and pursue lasting change over the past year.

Each year, the Committee partners with community members and organizations on scores of cases to combat discrimination based on race, gender, disability, family size, history of criminal conviction, and more. Awards are annually bestowed upon members of the legal community whose careers embody a deep and abiding commitment to civil rights and economic justice advocacy.
