On December 14, Axinn associate Maxime Fischer-Zernin spoke on the American Bar Association virtual panel entitled, "The Future of the Indirect Purchaser Rule: Hanover Shoe, Illinois Brick, Apple v. Speakers discussed the economic and policy rationales behind the indirect purchaser rule’s origin and evolution, and explored where it is headed after the recent Supreme Court decision in Apple v.
