On May 27, Axinn eDiscovery attorney Brooke Oppenheimer participated in a virtual panel entitled, "Technology and Equipment Cybersecurity Concerns: Before and During COVID-19."

Panelists discussed concerns regarding cybersecurity with technology and equipment, “Bring Your Own Device” policies, protections of physical and cloud computing networks, and best practices around equipment destruction. The New York State Bar Association Business Law Section hosted this event.
