Axinn associate Matt Murphy spoke at a CLE program entitled, "Ethics and Intellectual Property Traps, Pitfalls and Adventures in IP Lawyering." This interactive roundtable-style program presented ethical scenarios and dilemmas from each area of intellectual property law and a review of the relevant provisions of the Rules of Professional Conduct. Speakers facilitated a discussion of best practices. Ethical scenarios were derived from real-world events and cases.
