On December 7, Axinn partner Craig Reiser spoke on a panel entitled, "Litigation Strategies for Class Action Practice" at Practicing Law Institute's Class Action Litigation Program in New York.

Panelists discussed how to utilize advice from prominent leaders of the bar regarding litigation best practices; understand how litigation strategies have evolved based on Supreme Court class action rulings; build off "lessons learned" in class action litigation over the last few years; and develop strategies for efficient and productive settlement and mediation of class action cases.
