On July 10, Axinn counsel James Hunsberger participated in a webinar entitled, "Non-Competes: Bans, Partial Bans, and Reasonableness" hosted by the American Bar Association's Antitrust Law Section. 

Participants examined the merits and detractions of the Federal Trade Commission’s proposed rule banning most non-compete agreements.
