Nicholas Gaglio moderated the panel "I Have Never Seen It Before: The Risks and Opportunities of Merger Reviews and Antitrust Enforcement Addressing Privacy and Areas Outside of Traditional Consumer Welfare." This panel explored how privacy and data security, as well as other nascent areas of review and enforcement scrutiny such as labor and ESG, may be built into a structured, administrable antitrust analysis.
