On November 2, Axinn eDiscovery attorney Brooke Oppenheimer spoke at the IG3 Conference on a session entitled, "Navigating eDiscovery with Multiple Languages: Risks, Cultural IQ and Quality Control." 

This panel discussed the challenges and pitfalls associated with reviewing, handling, and assessing discovery documents comprised of multiple languages, and provided strategies for addressing the technological, cultural, and evidentiary hurdles that result.
