Axinn partner Mike Keeley moderated a panel entitled, "The Global SEP Policy Landscape" at IAM & GCR's SEP Virtual Summit, on September 28 and 29.

This panel addressed several topics regarding SEPs, including the Biden Administration’s agenda, the European Commission IP Action Plan, and its recommendations for the licensing of SEPs, and China.
