On September 15, Axinn counsel Craig Minerva spoke on a panel entitled, "High-Tech Deals in High-Stakes International Merger Control," hosted virtually by the American Bar Association's Antitrust Law Section. 

Panelists discussed how high-tech deals are drawing increased scrutiny from global regulatory enforcers and explored the issues of such deals from a China, EU, and US perspective.
