On February 2, Axinn partner Craig Minerva will moderate a panel entitled, “Antitrust: A Vertical Revival? Expanding the Enforcement Toolkit” at Global Competition Review’s Law Leaders Global Conference, being held January 31-February 2.

New regulations and guidelines have been introduced in the EU, the UK, and further afield, while a revival of vertical enforcement has taken place in the US and across Asia. Panelists will assess the implications of this trend on compliance strategies while considering which authorities are likely to increase enforcement in this area, and whether any divergent trends are likely to emerge between different geographies in terms of enforcement posture.
