On May 17, Axinn partner Daniel Bitton spoke on a panel entitled, “What Does Web 3.0 Mean for Antitrust Enforcement?" at GCR Live’s Antitrust in the Digital Economy conference in San Francisco.

Panelists discussed how the rapid progression of emerging Web 3.0 technologies will affect enforcement policy and whether existing competition tools are ready to police them.
