Panelists reviewed key developments and trends in merger reviews in China in the last seven years. By comparing and contrasting with the practices in US and EU, they shared first-hand experiences and explore topics on both procedural and substantive aspects of merger filings in China with an emphasis on global transactions.

Sponsored by the Section of International Law China Committee and co-sponsored by the Section of International Law International Antitrust Law Committee, the program took place on September 23 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am at the New York offices of Axinn.
