Axinn partner Jason Murata presented a lecture to corporate counsel in Tokyo titled “Damages Under State Trade Secret Laws and the Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016.” This lecture was part of a seminar comparing trade secret damages approaches in the U.S. and Japan, and the seminar also featured lectures by lawyers from the Japanese law firm Yuasa & Hara and economists from NERA.
