On April 15, Axinn partners Rick Dagen and Tiffany Rider spoke at the ABA 63rd Annual Section of Antitrust Law Spring Meeting in Washington, DC. Rick participated in a panel focused on the FTC's action against the North Carolina State Board of Dental Examiners.
