On June 8, Axinn partner Michael Keeley spoke on a panel entitled, "FRAND and SEPs Litigation" at the 2nd edition of Concurrences' IP & Antitrust: Hot Issues Conference, held June 7-8. 

Panelists discussed the Optis v. Apple decision and if recent developments made in anti-suit injunctions to provide a defense in SEP and FRAND litigation are sufficient to limit IP litigation.
