On September 22, Axinn partner Denise Plunkett participated in a panel entitled, "Private Enforcement & Follow-on Damages" at CompLaw's Competition Law in the Financial Services Sector Conference in London. 

Panelists reviewed foreign exchange class action decisions and discussed lessons learned from recent cases, calculation of damages, and private enforcement's impact on compliance and leniency.
