On June 24, Axinn partners Daniel Bitton and Jeny Maier participated in CompLaw's Antitrust West Coast Virtual Conference. Daniel Bitton chaired the conference and spoke on a panel entitled, "Key European Developments: Implications for West Coast Companies?" Jeny Maier spoke on a panel entitled, "Learning from Healthcare: Does the Sector Shed Light on Wider Trends?" 

Daniel's panel discussed the key challenges posed by the application Digital Markets Act and explore what direction the UK’s CMA will take. Jeny's panel reviewed sector trends, enforcement, and ripple effects from the Sutter settlement and other cases.
