On November 18, Axinn partners Daniel Bitton and Leslie Overton participated in CompLaw's Antitrust West Coast Virtual Conference. Axinn partner Daniel Bitton chaired the conference and spoke on a panel entitled, "Big Data & Competition: Implications for Platforms." Leslie Overton spoke on a panel entitled, "Key Developments in Healthcare – What Can Other Sectors Learn from Enforcement?" 

Daniel's panel discussed the challenges of data access and competition, and the economics of big data and market power. Leslie's panel covered the recent developments in abuse of dominance and monopolies and antitrust concerns for cross market mergers.
