On June 24, Axinn partner Rachel Adcox participated in a webinar entitled, "Challenges in Litigating Civil Cases with Parallel Criminal Investigation" hosted by the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Cartel & Criminal Practice Committee.

In past years, criminal antitrust investigations were commonly completed prior to the filing of any related civil litigation. More recently, civil litigation has been filed first or has proceeded in parallel with the criminal investigation. This webinar discussed how this change came about and the unique challenges that parallel investigations and litigation can present.
