On October 21, Axinn partner James Attridge spoke on a panel entitled, "Evolving US Approach to Antirust" at The Canadian Bar Association's Competition Law Fall Conference held October 20-21 in Ottawa, Ontario. 

With changes brought by the emergence of new leaders in key roles with US antitrust enforcement agencies and the President Biden's July 2021 executive order for Promoting Competition in the American Economy, panelists provided an up-to-date examination of proposals for legislative amendments in the United States as well as developments in "soft law" enforcement policies and priorities of the agencies.
