On March 7, James Goldfeier and Kail Jethmalani presented "Intro to Antitrust Deals," at Columbia Law School. The presentation before the Columbia Antitrust Law and Economics Association (CALEA) covered the role of antitrust lawyers in navigating regulatory review of mergers in the United States and around the world. James and Kail also shared their experiences and insights on career paths, the recruiting process and associate life.
