Axinn partner Matt Becker participated in a panel discussion at American Conference Institute's 8th Advanced Summit on Medical Device and MedTech Patents entitled, "Climbing out of the Patentable Subject Matter 'Rabbit Hole.'"

Panelists discussed best practices and tips for surpassing the §101 threshold in the current post-Alice era. They also addressed pending legislation and provided an in-depth analysis of several device patent claims that passed §101 muster.
