On September 28, Axinn partners Rachel Adcox and Jeny Maier participated in CompLaw's Antitrust Texas Conference in Houston.

Rachel Adcox moderated a panel entitled, "Pricing & Distribution Across Key Industries." Jeny Maier moderated a panel entitled, "Merger Part 2: Trends and Ongoing Debates."

Rachel's panel discussed pricing and distribution in consumer products and services, pharma, and algorithms. Jeny's panel covered implications of a potential review of standards and theories of harm, increased attention on vertical mergers, updates around killer acquisition and EU’s view on gatekeepers and the challenges in implementing remedies, and the potential for retroactive breakups.
