On April 29, Axinn partner Nick Gaglio participated in the IBRADEMP – Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Empresarial – webinar, “When Antitrust Meets Human Resources: Experiences from Europe and the U.S. and Next Steps in Brazil.”

Panelists presented the experiences in Europe and the U.S. and discussed potential next steps in Brazil for companies concerned with spillovers from CADE’s new investigation. This webinar addressed the approach in Europe and the U.S. towards wage fixing, no poaching, and exchange of information.
