On October 6, Axinn associate Angelina Whitfield*** moderated the virtual panel, "All Eyes on Silicon Valley: Antitrust Enforcement in High-Tech and Biotech Mergers," hosted by the NYSBA, California Lawyers Association, and Chicago Bar Association.

This program featured panelists from the government and the private sector who discussed questions relating to antitrust analysis of technology mergers, including what role innovation and entry by potential competitors play, and if the analysis of tech deals differ from other industries.
