Axinn partner Rachel Adcox presented a guest lecture to the Keiei Hoyu Kai, an association of corporate counsel, in Tokyo. The lecture was titled “U.S. Criminal Antitrust Enforcement – An Update” and included a lively discussion of the role of discretion in the application of the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines.
