On November 7, Axinn partner Rachel Adcox spoke at Centerforce's Women, Diversity & Change Summit in San Francisco. This one-day event provided networking and learning opportunities on topics including dealing with unconscious bias, increasing diversity in leadership, and career sponsorship and engineering. 

During "Succeeding in Male Dominant Environments," Rachel and other panelists offered insights on how women and minorities can create change, effectively self-advocate, and succeed.
