The FTAIA Before the Supreme Court – Recent Developments in International Antitrust

Axinn Partner Rachel Adcox was a panelist on a teleseminar hosted by the Exemptions & Immunities, Joint Conduct, and International Committees of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law entitled, “The FTAIA Before the Supreme Court – Recent Developments in International Antitrust.” The panel discussion included an examination of the Supreme Court’s review of the Foreign Trade Antitrust Improvements Act as well as other current cases and decisions interpreting the FTAIA’s exclusion of conduct involving US import commerce.
