Axinn is pleased to announce its sponsorship of the American Intellectual Property Law Association's Mid-Winter Institute, held January 31 to February 3 in San Diego, California. 

The 2023 Mid-Winter Institute looked at IP through the lens of health, sport, and fitness technology. The program reviewed topics including, ongoing challenges in patents, the intersection of patents and trademarks in the exercise system, and data protections through prisms made of telehealth and sports.
