Axinn partner Ted Mathias spoke at the American Conference Institute's 18th Annual Paragraph IV Disputes Conference held April 19-20 in New York. 

Ted spoke on the "Revisiting Damages in an At-Risk Launch Scenario: Questions of Remedies and Valuation" panel. Panelists discussed the questions of royalties, lost profits, and exceptional findings; the grounds for mitigation; and practical consequences of the Supreme Court's WesternGeco decision on Hatch-Waxman damages awards.
