Axinn partner Jeny Maier and associate Rebecca Clegg spoke at ACI's 9th Annual Women Leaders in Life Sciences Law Conference held July 27-28 in Boston. 

On July 27, Jeny spoke on a panel entitled, "Looking Back and Moving Forward: Analyzing Key Legal, Administrative, and Policy Developments Impacting the Life Sciences Industry and Influencing Your Career." Panelists discussed the most influential developments affecting the life sciences industry including, key agency developments, recent dramatic antitrust developments, the Supreme Court nomination of Judge Ketanji Brown, anticipated new policies from the Biden Administration likely to affect prescription drugs, and proposed amendments to Rule 702. 

On July 28, Rebecca spoke on a panel entitled, "The Best Thing I Ever Learned from a Mentor or a Mentee." Panelists shared personal stories of the best lessons they've learned from their mentors, experiences with a mentee that have helped them in their own job performance and satisfaction, and advice they would impart on next generation of women preparing to lead the life sciences law space.
