On September 13, Axinn partner Jeny Maier spoke on the "Antitrust Issues for Private Equity M&A Lawyers" panel at the ABA Business Law Section Annual Meeting in Washington, DC. The panel was hosted by the Section’s Private Equity M&A Joint Subcommittee. Topics included issues regarding the pooling of bids by private equity firms and strategies for handling HSR Act requirements.
