2020 Connecticut Legal Conference

On September 15, Axinn counsel Thomas Hedemann, Matthew Murphy, and eDiscovery attorney Brooke Oppenheimer will speak at the virtual CBA Connecticut Legal Conference on the Business Law Track session entitled, "Navigating Opportunities and Risks Presented by Artificial Intelligence (AI): Intellectual Property, Data, and Regulatory Challenges." This course is presented by the Intellectual Property Section.

This program will provide practitioners with practical guidance for identifying and managing legal risks and opportunities relating to AI systems by focusing on intellectual property, data privacy and security, and current and future regulatory environments.
