The article "calculates the percentage of time the PTAB relies upon the various bases for non-obviousness across nearly 400 decisions, authored through Sept. 30, 2015" and "the percentage of time each PTAB judge, with more than 15 petition decisions, has found obviousness as opposed to non-obviousness."
