Former Axinn Partner Named Commissioner of the CT Department of Consumer Protection

Connecticut Governor Dannel Malloy appointed former Axinn partner Michelle Seagull to the position of Commissioner of the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection. Michelle spent her entire career at Axinn before leaving to work as Deputy Commissioner under Bill Rubenstein, also a former Axinn partner. While at Axinn, Michelle was involved in all areas of the firm’s Antitrust Practice Group, including litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and antitrust counseling.
