Axinn Persuades Air Force Board to Correct Errors in Veteran's Record
November 20, 2020

Axinn, in a pro bono representation of an Air Force veteran, successfully petitioned the Air Force Board for Correction of Military Records to correct an error in the veteran’s military record, which indicated that the veteran was discharged from the Air Force for having a “personality disorder.” Axinn demonstrated to the Board that the veteran, although evaluated for mental health conditions, was never diagnosed with or discharged for having a personality disorder, and could potentially suffer harm in his civilian life if the error was not corrected. The victorious Axinn team included Nicholas Gaglio.
