Axinn Receives GCR Award Nomination for Cartel Representation

Axinn was nominated for 2018 Global Competition Review's "Litigation of the Year – Cartel Defence" for its work on behalf of Nishikawa Rubber Company in the Auto Parts multi-district litigation. This award recognizes "creative, strategic and innovative litigation on behalf of a defendant in a private action for cartel damages."
The finalists were chosen by Global Competition Review’s editorial team and GCR readers will decide the winner through an online vote. The winner will be announced at the GCR Awards Dinner on Tuesday, April 10 in Washington, DC.
