Axinn Wins in 2nd Circuit GHI HIP Merger

Axinn prevailed for its client GHI in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. The decision, issued August 18, 2011, affirmed the earlier grant of summary judgment by the District Court in favor of the merging parties and against the City of New York, which challenged the merger under both Federal Antitrust Law (The Clayton Act) as well as New York Antitrust Law.
