Lindsey Strang Aberg Named a Profiles in Leadership Journal Women Worth Watching in Leadership Award Winner
October 2, 2025
Profiles in Leadership Journal has named Axinn counsel Lindsey Strang Aberg to their 2025 list of “Women Worth Watching in Leadership.” This year, the publication recognized 31 distinguished women whose careers, leadership, and mentorship continue to inspire change across industries.
Lindsey Strang Aberg’s practice focuses on antitrust and other complex commercial litigation, government investigations, and antitrust counseling and compliance. Lindsey’s recent work includes, but is not limited to, defending Tyson Foods in multiple class actions alleging price fixing by major U.S. protein suppliers, representing Nurture, a subsidiary of Danone, in complex commercial litigation relating to infant formula supply, and leading a pro bono wage theft case that recovered over $400,000 for D.C. restaurant workers. Aberg also led a multi-year pro bono effort supporting Afghan women who fled the Taliban—securing asylum, permanent residency, and a student visa, while offering mentorship throughout their resettlement and pursuit of higher education in the U.S.
In addition to her legal work, Lindsey co-chaired Axinn’s Associate Committee and plays an important role as a mentor and leader within the firm. As a mother of two young children, she is an enthusiastic and visible advocate for parental leave and work sustainability for attorneys with caregiving responsibilities.
