John Harkrider and John Briggs Recognized at 2014 Antitrust Writing Awards

John Harkrider received the 2014 Antitrust Writing Award for his article “Seeing the Forest through the SEPs” in the Business category, Intellectual Property section. The article appeared in Antitrust Magazine, Vol. 27, No. 3, Summer 2013.
An article by John Briggs and co-author, Donald I. Baker was nominated and short-listed for the Academic Articles category, General Antitrust section. “Rethinking US Antitrust Policy and Administration: Joining the Rest of the World in the 21st Century” will be published in "William E. Kovacic - An Antitrust Tribute, Vol. II" by the Institute of Competition Law, forthcoming 2014.
The Antitrust Writing Awards are sponsored by the Institute of Competition Law. The winners were announced in Washington, DC on March 25.
