Axinn is honored to be a distinguished finalist for three of the 2015 M&A Atlas Awards. Thermo Fisher Scientific’s $13.6 billion acquisition of Life Technologies has been shortlisted in the following categories: Global M&A Deal of the Year ($15 billion plus), North America M&A Deal of the Year ($10 billion plus) and Pharma & Devices Deal of the Year. Axinn was global coordinating antitrust counsel to Thermo Fisher in this matter.
