Axinn represents George’s in DOJ lawsuit

Axinn lawyers John D. Harkrider and Michael L. Keeley are representing George's in the DOJ's antitrust complaint filed in the Western District of Virginia challenging George's acquisition of Tyson's Harrisonburg plant under Section 7 of the Clayton Act. Associates Russell Steinthal and Rachel Adcox are working on the matter.
